How do I know that
Clouds chase
Stars twinkle
The Sun shines
The Moon glows
Rivers run
And mountains peak or plateau
How do I know
‘cos I was a witness
wondering which cloud won
why stars don’t twinkle continuously
how bright I feel with sunshine
that full moons bring a greater glow
and some rivers seem more in a hurry
while mountains that peak are more difficult to climb.
